The cake with jam, the recipe of which I describe below, is prepared very simply and is good for home tea drinking. Preparation: Mix in a bowl a softened margarine, eggs and sugar. Add the required amount of flour and baking powder, mix to a homogeneous consistency. You should get a cool, doughy dough. Knead a homogeneous dough. Leave some dough for sprinkling. The remaining dough evenly put in a deep pan, greased with margarine. Form small edges at the edges of the dough. Evenly pour the jam on the dough. In the remaining dough, add a little flour and grind your fingers to the consistency of crumbs. Sprinkle the jam with crumbs. Bake the cake in the oven at 200 degrees to golden brown. Ready to cut the cake into squares or rectangles and serve.
