Preparing this delicious dessert is very simple. First, put the black currant rubbed with sugar in a scoop on a minimal fire, so that it softens a little. In the blender we start whipping the proteins and gradually, in a thin trickle, continuing to whisk, pour in the boiled currant. In another bowl, whip cream, liqueur and sugar. Then we connect the contents of two bowls - a protein and cream mixture. We mix it, but not with a blender, but with a hand, an ordinary spoon. We take a special mold for freezing (see photo, as it looks), we spread in them the formed mass. If desired, you can put several currant berries in each of the molds. We put the mold in the freezer for 4-5 hours to freeze. Before serving, prepare the sauce. To do this, in a blender, grind the frozen currant, adding a little lemon juice and water.
