Spicy chicken breast I suggest to prepare a very interesting aromatic dish - chicken breast with vegetables in spicy dairy sauce. It turns out very satisfying dish - and not the first, and not the second. Something average. The chicken is perfectly combined with a spicy dairy sauce with the addition of curry. And the presence of carrots, onions, potatoes makes the budget not only gentle but also hearty!
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 1 pc.
- Curry 1.5 tsp.
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black with peas 4 pcs.
- Bay leaf 3 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Water 250 ml
- Milk 250 ml
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Salt 7 g
- Step 1 To make chicken breast with vegetables in spicy dairy sauce we need chicken breast, milk, water, carrots, potatoes, onions, bay leaves, black pepper, flour, sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Chicken breast cut into medium pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 1 minute from each side.
- Step 3 Carrots clean, cut into circles, fry 1 minute from each side.
- Step 4 Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, lightly fry from all sides.
- Step 5 Cut the onions into half rings. Lightly fry in vegetable oil.
- Step 6 In a saucepan, combine the breast, carrots, potatoes, onions. Add water, bay leaf and pepper. Salt.
- Step 7 Combine the milk, flour and curry.
- Step 8 Breast with vegetables cook until done.
- Step 9 At the end, add the dairy dressing. Boil 1 minute.
