Be careful only to those who can not eat spicy food. If you have stomach problems, then eliminate or reduce the amount of hot pepper. Carefully cut the hot pepper, wash your hands thoroughly after this and if you feel a burning sensation on your fingers, always lubricate with any means from the burn. Ingredients:- Turkey turkey wing 600g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Celery stems 3 pcs.
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.

- Parsley fresh 0.5 bunch

- Step 1 To make soup you need a turkey, onion, carrot, a few stalks of celery, garlic, tomatoes, hot peppers and spices.
- Step 2 To prepare the broth, wash the wing well and cut into 2-3 parts, peel the carrots and cut them large, peel onions, cleanse the stalk of celery, and shake large.
- Step 3 Pour all the cold water with sweet pepper and a pinch of salt - boil the broth for 60 minutes after boiling on low heat, removing the foam.
- Step 4 Purify the purple onion and cut into thin half-rings, chop garlic and chopped finely.
- Step 5 2-3 medium tomatoes to wash and rub on a coarse grater.
- Step 6 Preheat 2-3 tbsp. l. of vegetable oil and fry onion, garlic and pepper for 2-3 minutes.

- Step 8 Prepare the broth, remove the meat from the wing and cut it. Add the tomatoes to the broth with onion, garlic and hot pepper.
- Step 9 Then add the broth to the meat from the turkey wing.
- Step 10 Let the soup boil, add finely chopped parsley - cook all together for 2-3 minutes, adding salt to taste.
