Chicken breasts with parmesan cheese. From a couple of fresh chicken breasts, it's quick, simple and delicious you can cook 4 good sized hand-sized chops. Breading in breadcrumbs and grated parmesan keeps the juiciness of meat and gives an interesting flavor, as well as a structural combination. Long fry the chops do not need to not overdry them. Beating meat with a food package will not allow the tender fillet to fall apart, it will preserve its integrity.
Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 800g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
- Cheese Parmesan 70 g
- Salt 2 g
- Mixture of peppers 1 g
- Mixture of Italian herbs 1 g
- Step 1 Prepare chicken breasts, eggs, biscuits and cheese.
- Step 2 Wash the fillets, crush the palm with a cutting board and cut it into two pieces with a sharp wide knife, to make 2 wide chops out of each fillet.
- Step 3 Put the fillets in a bag and discourage them.
- Step 4 In a broad dish mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan. Add a pinch of Italian herbs.
- Step 5 Salted pieces of fillets salt and pepper on both sides, dipped into slightly beaten eggs. Bread in breadcrumbs with cheese and fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
