- chicken - 1 piece
- beer - 0.5 liters
- bulb - 1 piece
- sugar - 1/2 cup (brown)
- paprika - 1/4 Glass
- pepper - 1 st. spoon (black)
- salt - 1 st. a spoon
- chilli powder - 1 st. a spoon
- garlic powder - 1 st. a spoon
- onion powder - 1 st. a spoon
- cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the grill. Mix and rub the spices into the chicken. Open the beer. Close the neck of the chicken with a bulb. We cut the top of the can and insert the beer into the chicken cavity. Put the chicken on a baking tray and grill. Turn the chicken over an hour after cooking. Preparation should take 2-3 hours. Then gently remove the beer can.
