Chicken roll with prunes Delicious and nutritious chicken roll in jelly, which does not require you to prepare a lot of effort. Especially when you do not cut meat from a whole chicken, but buy the already prepared fillet and chicken leg. Due to the fact that prunes are added prunes, the snack comes out with a slightly smoked flavor. Red paprika and finely chopped carrots in the roll cause meat slices in the roll to be nicely separated by a red layer, which makes the cut of the roll more colorful. A very good addition to the roll is walnuts. They give it a special taste!
Ingredients:- Chicken 1.3 kg
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Prunes 50g
- Walnut 30 g
- Gelatine 25 g
- Water 100 ml
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- Step 1 To make chicken roll in jelly we need chicken, carrots, gelatin, water, prunes, nuts, salt, pepper.

- Step 9 Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 170 ° C. To cool. Place in a refrigerator for 5-6 hours, pressing on top with a small load.
- Step 10 Cut the sleeve, turn the roll into a dish. Remove the sleeve. Before serving cut into slices.
