1. Add warm melted butter, cinnamon, salt and sugar to a medium bowl. 2. Stir. Ingredients using rubber or silicone spatula. Do not use a whisk, as shown in the photo! 3. Allow the dough to cool for 15 minutes until it resembles crumbs. 4. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees. Set the pan to the middle position. Sprinkle a square baking dish with vegetable oil. You can moisten a paper towel and oil it with a shape. Then cut a rectangle out of foil or parchment paper, fold it and spread it to the bottom of the mold, as shown in the picture. 5. In a large bowl add sugar, flour, salt and soda. Mix. 6. Continuing to mix, gradually add the butter in 6 sets. Beat the mixer at low speed. 7. Add vanilla, buttermilk, egg and egg yolk. Beat the mixer at high speed. 8. The dough should be airy and fluffy. 9. Pour the prepared dough into a mold over the foil and spread evenly. 10. With your hands put the crumbs on top. 11. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until golden brown. Check that the pie is ready for use with a toothpick. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for half an hour. Then take it from the dish to the dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. 12. The pie is ready!
