Especially spectacular salad "Golden Heart" looks in a transparent serving bowls in a puff feed! Prepared without much effort, this salad will easily decorate any festive table!
Ingredients:- Pork heart 350 g
- Onions 3 pcs.
- Carrots 500 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Mayonnaise 6 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the salad "Golden Heart" we need a pork heart, onions, large carrots (or 3-4 medium), mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, sunflower refined oil and fresh parsley for decoration.
- Step 2 Boil the pork heart in salted water until cooked and let it cool down completely.
- Step 3 Cut the cooled heart with a thin straw.
- Step 4 Carrots are clean.
- Step 5 Cut the carrots with a neat long straw.
- Step 6 Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings.
- Step 7 Fry onion in sunflower refined oil.
- Step 8 Separately fry carrots on sunflower refined oil.
- Step 9 When the prepared ingredients cool down, put them in the serving pieces. The first layer is fried onions.
- Step 10 On the onion, lay half of the total number of chopped hearts.
- Step 11 Layer of hearts sprinkled with salt and black pepper and generously watered with mayonnaise.
- Step 12 Next, lay half the total amount of fried carrots.
- Step 13 Put the remaining heart on the carrot layer.
- Step 14 Again, generously watered with mayonnaise.
- Step 15 And with the last layer put the remaining carrots.
- Step 16 After the salad is soaked for about 1 hour in the fridge, decorate each serving with fresh parsley leaves and serve it to the table!
