Pieces of chicken fillet should be put between two plastic wraps and well discouraged. The chicken should become very thin. But do not overdo it and do not tear the meat :) Broccoli is boiled in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, then it is drained with iced water and set aside. Chicken meat is generously rubbed with spices. We take the most ordinary processed cheese. Cut it into small cubes and lay it on the edge of chicken meat. Over the cheese spread a few tablespoons of broccoli. Fold the chicken in a roll, immediately fix with toothpicks, so as not to fall apart. We put the rolls one by one into a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry 1-2 minutes on each side. The form for baking is slightly lubricated with oil. We put in it a little fried rolls seam down. We put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. While the rolls are baked, let's prepare the sauce. Mix milk, chicken broth, chopped garlic and spices. Pour into the frying pan, where the rolls are fried, and cook until thick. We take out the ready rolls from the oven, pour the prepared sauce and serve. Bon Appetit!
