Ingredients:- Olive oil 100 ml
- Green onion 50 g
- Carrot 150g
- Ginger dry 10g
- Honey 40g
- Soy sauce 40 ml
- Pineapple canned 400g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 head
- Chicken breast 400g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: canned pineapples, sweet red pepper, 2 chicken breasts, carrots, garlic, green onions and spices.
- Step 2 Chicken breast cut into small pieces and fry in olive oil.
- Step 3 Cut the sweet peppers into small pieces.
- Step 4 We rub the carrots on a grater for Korean carrots.
- Step 5 Add to the chicken pineapples, chopped pepper, ground ginger, honey, soy sauce, salt pepper and fry for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
