Knife we form zrazy. Zrazy crumble in breadcrumbs, for 5 minutes we leave. On each side for 4 minutes fry in a pan. Remove from the fire, let's stand under the lid. 5. From the oranges squeeze out the juice, then whisk with yolk and yoghurt. The sauce is poured into the sauceboat. 6. Zrazy put on a dish, serve the sauce separately.
