Yeast cheesecakes with dried fruits The word "cheesecake" comes, most likely, from the Western "vatra" - sacrificial fire, fire. Now cheesecake is a traditional dish of many Slavic peoples, but its roots are most likely from Ukraine. It is not known exactly who and when he thought of making a hollow in a dough and filling it with stuffing from cottage cheese or berries, who came up with the idea to call a cheesecake cheesecake. Perhaps, the first such baking was cooked at the stake, or donated to the gods, or simply the ancient confectioner saw the reflection of the flames in a golden bun? Now this question is very difficult to answer, but it does not matter. The main thing is that we have the opportunity to feast on cheesecakes, resembling appetizing suns, to this day. Cheesecake from yeast dough - the most common and beloved by many "babushkin" recipe. Every time when this smell begins to spread from the oven to many smells from childhood, we are looking forward to the moment when it will be possible to put a piece of this delicacy into your mouth and, as it were, to return many years ago. To do this, do not ask to bake a cheesecake to your mother or grandmother, learn how to cook from yourself, it's not as difficult as it seems.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Milk 200 ml
- Butter 150 g
- Dry yeast 1 tsp.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Light raisins 100 g
- Dried apricots 100 g
- Prunes 100 g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Step 1 To prepare the cheesecake we need - the mackerel, milk, butter, sugar, yeast, and for the filling - the dried fruits, sugar and egg.
- Step 2 For the test, mix milk, diced butter, flour, yeast and sugar. Milk and butter should be at room temperature.
- Step 3 Knead the dough until elastic and uniform.
- Step 4 For the filling, the dried fruits are well washed and cut if the dried apricots and prunes are large. Raisins better to take a small and pitted. It is also possible to prepare a curd filling as in the recipe of Cheesecake with cottage cheese.
- Step 5 Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
- Step 6 Roll out into a round cake with a thickness of about 1-2 cm.
- Step 7 Put the filling in the center of the burrito and cover the edges, sprinkle dried fruit with sugar and grease with yolk.
- Step 8 Grease the baking tray with butter, put on the cheesecake on it and let them lie down for 30-40 minutes, that is, to distance.
- Step 9 Bake the cheesecake with dried fruit in a preheated oven for 180 minutes, warm for 25-30 minutes.
