To begin with, we'll cut a ray, tomato and garlic. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add onion and fry for about 4 minutes. Add the tomato, garlic and sugar. Cook for 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes from a jar, a little water. Bring to a boil with the lid closed. Slightly reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes. Mix the soup with a blender / mixer. Add the cream, pepper and salt to your taste. Serve to the table with sour cream.
