- flour - 2 cups
- oatmeal - 1/2 cup
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- canola oils - 1/2 cup
- brown rice syrup - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- egg - 1 piece
- water - 1 st. a spoon
- extract of vanilla - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- bitter chocolate - 200 Grams
- almonds - 1 cup (toasted and coarsely chopped)
In a small bowl, mix flour, soda and salt together. In a large bowl, beat the butter, syrup, sugar, egg, water and vanilla. Add flour mix, chocolate and nuts. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or put in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, forming a round biscuit, at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Bake until light golden color, from 10 to 13 minutes. Allow the liver to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely on the grate.
