Chocolate brownies

170 grams of butter whisk to light airiness with sugar. Adding with the mixture Ingredients: Instructions

170 grams of butter whisk to light airiness with sugar. Add the slightly beaten egg with the mixture, whilst continuing to beat the whole mass. Whisk until light. The mass should be very airy - as in the photo. Chocolate melt in a water bath (for clarity, see the photo). Add the melted chocolate and vanilla essence to the mixture. Whisk until smooth. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder and nuts. According to the prescription there must be walnuts, but I had only such - it turned out not worse. Mix the chocolate mixture with flour. We knead the dough from the resulting mass, evenly put it into a baking dish, sprinkled with flour and lightly greased with butter. We bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. In the meantime, we will glaze - not less important part of our dish. In a saucepan, put the cream on, let it simmer until boiling, remove it from the heat and mix it with chocolate chips (you can simply chop the pieces of chocolate). Stir until homogeneous. Add the remaining 30 grams of butter to the glaze. Mix well with a mixer until smooth. We remove the icing in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. We remove the finished cake from the oven and evenly lubricate the chocolate glaze. We cut into portions and you're done! :) Serve cold. Bon Appetit!
