- Butter - 110 Grams

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Melt the butter in a cast-iron frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm on medium-slow fire. 2. Stir with sugar and vanilla extract, remove from heat. Allow to cool to warm temperature for about 5 minutes. 3. Smash the egg in an oily mixture and mix with a fork or wooden spatula. 4. Add flour, soda and salt, stir very carefully until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. 5. Cut the chocolate bar into pieces to make 1 cup, and add to the dough. Gently stir. Place the frying pan in the oven for 15-25 minutes and bake until the cake turns golden on top, but the center will still remain soft. 6. Serve chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
