Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add the butter and stir with your fingers or dough cutter until the mixture looks like a large crumb. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork until the dough is wet and sticky. Do not overdo it. Stir in the shredded walnuts. 2. Carefully knead the dough by hand or with a rubber spatula from 8 to 10 times. Put the dough on a lightly floured work surface and split it in half. Form a circle from one half of the test about 12 cm in diameter. Cut into 6 slices and put on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining test. At this point, the buns can be frozen on a baking sheet wrapped in plastic wrap. Do not need to defrost the buns before baking, just increase the baking time by 2 minutes. 3. Bake buns for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving or wait for the buns to cool to room temperature.
