- a glass of warm water - 11/8 Glass
- flour - 3 Cups
- spoon of salt - 1 teaspoon
- vegetable oil - 1 st. a spoon
- white sugar - 11/2 Teaspoons
- dry yeast - 11/2 Teaspoons
Put all the ingredients in the bread maker, select the settings and run. When the dough is ready, the machine beeps. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Gently twist and stretch the dough into a bundle. Sharp the knife into 8 pieces. Make each a smooth ball. With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a circle. Set aside on a lightly floured countertop, cover with a towel. Let lie about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees C). Bake for 4 - 5 minutes until a brown crust appears. Remove from the oven and immediately put in a sealed paper bag or cover with a damp towel.
