Classic cocktail with champagne

Prepare for a cocktail high narrow glasses, in which champagne is usually served. Ingredients:

• champagne - 90 grams
• cognac - 10 Grams
• bitter herbal infusion - 10-20 Grams
• sugar-refined sugar - 1 piece (cube of pressed sugar)
• lemon - 1 piece
• lemon peel - 1 Piece (thin strip, cut from citrus)

Prepare for a cocktail high narrow glasses, which usually serve champagne and other sparkling wines. If there is no herbal tincture in the store, keep going to the nearest pharmacy - so the choice of quality tinctures will amaze your imagination. At the bottom of the glass pour a bitter herbal tincture, drop a cube of sugar and wait for the sugar to absorb the tincture, acquiring a beautiful brown color. Pour in a glass of champagne and cognac. Squeeze a slice of lemon into it, and discard the leftovers. Decorate the glass with a serpentine lemon peel, if you have such a desire, and serve a chic drink to the table.
