- ripe peach, plus 2 peaches for decoration - 3 pieces
- Orange liqueur, such as Cointreau - 3 Ст. spoons
- sugar - 2 items. spoons
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- Tequila - 170 Milliliters
- fresh lemon juice - 3 st. spoons
- peach nectar - 2 cups
- sprig of mint for decoration - 8 pieces
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the peaches and cook for 1 minute, then put the peaches in ice water for cooling. Get the peaches out of the water and cut them. Mix in a bowl of sliced peaches, orange liqueur, sugar and salt. Put in a warm place for 20 minutes, so that from the peach juice is allocated. Mix the peach mass in a blender or food processor before mashing. Immediately add tequila and lemon juice. (Peach puree with tequila can be stored in the refrigerator up to 4 hours). Pour into a jug and add peach nectar. Fill 8 glasses of ice and decorate with mint sprigs. Cut the remaining 2 peaches into 8 slices and decorate them with the edges of the glasses. Pour the cocktail over the glasses.
