• 500 grams of goulash

• 300 g of pumpkin flesh

• 2 red onions

• 200 ml of red wine

• 250 ml of broth

• 1 table. a spoonful of tomato paste

• 2 potato tubers

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Pumpkin flesh is also cut into cubes. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Warm up the vegetable oil in the saucepan and fry the meat well from all sides. For 8 servings of dish:

• 300 g of clarified hazelnuts

Spicy bread

Peel onion and finely chop. Garlic clean and chop. Mix chopped meat, sour cream, ketchup, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper. From the resulting mass to form about 16 meatballs. In a frying pan, warm up 2 tables. spoon olive oil, lay out the meatballs and fry them (1 minute on each side). Transfer the finished products from the frying pan to a warm plate. Potato pancakes with tomato and avocado salad

For 4 servings:

• 3 sprigs of dill

• 1 kg of potatoes

• 2 table. tablespoons of starch

• 1 egg

• 50 grams of grated cheese

• salt

• ground black pepper

• Grated nutmeg

• 1 red onion

• 2 stalks of green onion

• 2 tomatoes

• 1 avocado

• 8 table. spoons of vegetable oil

• 2 table. spoons of lemon juice

Dill rinse with cold water, dry with a paper towel and finely chop. Peel potatoes, wash and grate on a fine grater. Potato mass squeeze and mix with starch, beaten egg, cheese and dill. For 8 servings:

• 1 chicken (1.2 kg)

• 1 onion

• 4 tomatoes

• 1 clove of garlic

Wash meat, dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Peel onion and chop large. Warm up the vegetable oil in the saucepan, put the meat and fry on all sides for 7-10 minutes. Add onion and lightly brown. In a sauté pan with meat and onion pour 1 liter of hot water. Wash the potato and potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.
