A quick coconut biscuit A coconut biscuit for this cake is baked in a microwave oven, imagine, in just 6 minutes! Thus, for the preparation of the cake, we need a maximum of 30 minutes (I do not count the time for standing out, since we are not participating in this process), which is undoubtedly its plus! The cake itself turns out to be very tender, so light, with coconut taste and sour cream. Give yourself and your family a delicious cake "Tenderness"!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 75 gr
- Milk 30 ml
- Baking Powder 1.5 tsp.
- Coconut shaving 25 g
- Butter 100 g
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sugar powder 100 g
- Gelatine 15 g
- Condensed milk 0.3 banks
- Sugar powder 100 g
- Sour Cream 400g
- Water boiled 4 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a coconut cake "Tenderness" we need wheat flour, butter, chicken eggs, baking powder, coconut chips, sour cream 15% fat, sugar powder, condensed milk, gelatin, milk, water for gelatin.
- Step 2 Prepare the coconut biscuit. Eggs and soft butter combine, whisk until a homogeneous mixture.
- Step 3 Add sugar powder, again whisk again well.
- Step 4 Add the baking powder, flour, coconut shavings.
- Step 5 Thoroughly knead the dough. Pour in the milk and mix the dough once more to a homogeneous consistency.
- Step 6 Put it in a flat-bottomed form for a microwave oven (I have a silicone).
- Step 7 Bake at a power of 800 watts exactly 6 minutes. Leave for 1 minute in the switched off microwave and take out the coconut biscuit. At this stage, the biscuit is already good on its own, it can be served to tea, simply sprinkled with powdered sugar. But today we make cake, so we continue to prepare.
- Step 8 Now prepare the cream: sour cream and powdered sugar whisk the mixer at high speed, then add the condensed milk, without stopping to beat. Instant gelatin is poured with hot water, let it dissolve completely, stirring all the time (if there are lumps, filter). Introduce gelatin into the cream, mixer at a slow speed. So, our cream is ready.
- Step 9 Cut cold biscuit cut along two cakes. In the detachable form, we lay out one cake.
- Step 10 Pour half of the cream over it.
- Step 11 Lay out the second cake.
- Step 12 Pour the remaining cream. We put the form in the refrigerator, at least 6 hours for freezing and impregnation.
