Chocolate mannik with curd balls in the multivarquette As has already been shown, the multivar Polaris perfectly copes with the preparation of a wide variety of pies and biscuits. Prior to its appearance, I often baked manicure in the oven, as soon as I accumulated excess of any kind of sour-milk products: kefir, fermented milk, yogurt. Now it's time to try to bake a mannik in a multivark, especially since the oven does not feel like turning on the oven, and the air in the kitchen does not heat the air. In this manicure I decided to add the original stuffing in the form of curd balls with coconut shavings. I drew this idea from the original pies of Western Ukraine - dances. As before, this recipe can be used for cooking in the oven, reducing the baking time.
Ingredients:- Kefir 1.5 tbsp.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Soda 1 tsp.

- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Groats manna 1 tbsp.
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Coconut shaving 8 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Curd 200g
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the mannik, we need the following ingredients: kefir, semolina, flour, sugar, margarine, eggs, cocoa, cottage cheese, coconut chips, salt and soda.
- Step 2 Manku stir in kefir, add salt and leave for swelling.
- Step 3 For the preparation of curd balls mix cottage cheese with egg, sugar, coconut shavings and flour.
- Step 4 Roll the balls the size of a large walnut, put in the freezer to freeze for up to 30 minutes.
- Step 5 Eggs and sugar whisk to a white foam.
- Step 6 We pour in the melted but not hot margarine, and then soda, extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice. Mix the two liquid masses.
- Step 7 Sift into a liquid mass of flour and cocoa mixed, knead the dough for consistency, like a pancake.
- Step 8 Chalice multivarki (I have a Polaris multivark) lubricate with oil, pour the dough into it and distribute the cottage cheese balls, drowning them in the dough.
- Step 9 The volume of the test turned out to be significant, so I put the "Bake" mode for 1.5 hours. Pies in the multivarka do not have an upper ruddy crust, it is baked, but remains light. You can turn the mannik and redden for 10 minutes in the Multipovar program, the temperature is 120 degrees.
- Step 10 We take out the prepared manicle with a basket for steaming, inserting it into the bowl and turning everything together.
