Fish is thawed at room temperature. The form for baking is lubricated with butter, we put into it pieces of fish, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fish should be completely under the fur coat of crumbs. We put the baking dish in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the fish pieces). Fish salads are ideal for this fish, so while the cod fillets are baked, I quickly cut the vegetable salad from what is in the fridge.
