In a large bowl, beat the mixer with cottage cheese, butter, sugar and salt. Shake at an average speed of about 2 minutes. Reduce the speed of the mixer to a slow one. Continue to beat, in small portions, mix the flour into the mixture. In the end you should get a crumbly mass. Hands knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, forming a ball from it. Roll out the dough on a lightly powdered surface in a layer of thickness ~ 3 mm. Cut out squares about 6 by 6 cm in size from the dough. We put a jar of jam or jam at the center of each square. Accurately we tweak two opposite corners of a square, forming something like a butterfly. The same is done with the remaining squares of the test. We lay out on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper. We put in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, and bake for about 12 minutes.
