Instructions

Whip the sugar with the eggs. Add vanilla and soda, whisk. We put cottage cheese and margarine in the mixture, beat it. Add the flour (gradually) by mixing with a mixer. Then rinse, dry the raisins. Put in the dough and mix thoroughly. Put the dough into baking dish. Bake at a temperature of 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Before serving, let the cupcakes cool slightly.
