Cottage cheese pudding with raisins and apples is an excellent dish for baby food. Preparation: Skip cottage cheese through a meat grinder or wipe through a sieve. Soak the raisins. Peel apples and cut into small cubes. Mix cottage cheese with apples, raisins, milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanillin and semolina. Beat egg whites and mix with curd. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the curd mixture in a mold. Cook pudding in a water bath or bake in the oven. Serve the finished pudding with sour cream.
