Mix the warm milk, 50 g of powdered sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar. Separately put in a bowl: 500 g of flour, 50 g of butter, 2 eggs, 20 g of yeast and 1 pinch of salt. Start kneading at a slow speed, pouring a mixture of milk with a thin trickle. Continue kneading for 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and evenly mixed. Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place to climb for 2 hours. After that, skip the dough 1 cm thick. Cut circles with a diameter of 7 cm. Put the jam in the middle and blind the donut. Dunk donuts, cover and leave to rise for about an hour. Fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle a little sugar powder on top.
