1. Lightly fry the walnuts in a frying pan. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put the walnuts in the food processor and chop. 2. Transfer to a bowl and mix with flour and salt. In another medium bowl, mix butter, sugar and vanilla extract at medium speed until a creamy consistency is obtained. 3. Gradually add the nut-flour mix and whisk until smooth. 4. Lubricate with a butter cream cake shape with a diameter of 20 cm. Put the dough into a mold. 5. Cover the dough with a polyethylene film and evenly press it against the surface of the mold (the film will prevent the dough from sticking to the fingers). 6. Cut the dough into 8 slices with a knife. Puncture the crusts with a wooden skewer or fork. Bake until golden brown, from 30 to 35 minutes. 7. Allow to cool in a grate form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
