And this, believe me, says a lot :) So, the recipe for cooking zucchini in the multivarquet: 1. Zucchini thoroughly rinse, peel it and cut into medium pieces. 2. Peel the onions, cut the quarter with rings. 3. Tomatoes - slices, garlic - chop. 4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan of the multivarka. Add onions and zucchini. Fry in the "Baking" mode for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Zucchini for this time should be soft. 5. Then add tomatoes, parsley, salt, garlic to the pan. All mixed. We cook all together on the same regime for another 5 minutes. 6. Next, you need to add mayonnaise or sour cream. Stew, sometimes stirring, until the signal. 7.
