If you have old zucchini - clean them from the entrails and seeds. Cut them into cubes 3-4 cm. Finely chop the onions. Tomatoes cut into pieces 2 times smaller than zucchini. In a frying pan with high walls we pass onions in olive oil. Add to it zucchini, when they let the juice, put the tomatoes. On high fire, hold 1-2 minutes, reduce the heat. Sprinkle with sugar, put a bay leaf, sweet pepper. Cook 3 minutes, add salt, gently mix. Leave on fire for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and finely chopped garlic, black pepper. Stir and plate the plate. Serve, watering with fatty sour cream.
