- Courgettes young - 500 Grams (or zucchini)
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Fresh greens - - To taste
- Salt - - To taste
- Spices - - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 Art. a spoon
Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the young zucchini (instead of them you can use zucchini), remove the stem parts and vegetable chop the zucchini into thin longitudinal strips. Preheat a small amount of butter in a skillet, lay the cut courgettes. Fry until soft, stirring occasionally. When zucchini becomes softer - salt. Add spices (I recommend thyme). Squeeze the garlic in the pan, stir and cook over medium heat for another 3 minutes. Then sprinkle with freshly chopped greens. Stir and remove from heat. Everything, a garnish of zucchini is ready. Serve for any main course, or as a separate vegetable dish. Bon Appetit!
