In the broth, left from cooking crawfish, lay all the vegetables (except carrots) and cook until ready. Add spices and finely chopped garlic. Separately cook carrots. 5. Whip the soup with a blender. Carrots in the broth, too, whisk to a puree state. 6. When serving, first we pour our main puree, in the center - puree from carrots. And in the center is a spoonful of sour cream.
