Mix flour with baking powder, salt and pepper, mix. Zucchini rubbed on a large grater, garlic squeezed, add both vegetables to the flour mix, mix well. In another container, eggs and butter must be beaten. Egg and flour mixtures are combined and thoroughly mixed. The resulting mass is put into a baking dish measuring approximately 25 by 10 cm. We put it in an oven, heated to 200 degrees, for about an hour. Then carefully take the muffin from the mold, cool - and vea-la, the cake with zucchini is ready! :) Just like twice two!
