- Flour - 0,25 Cups
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
- Pepper - 0,25 Teaspoons
- Beef liver - 450-500 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
- Butter - 2 Art. spoons
- Mustard - 2-3 Art. spoons (to your taste)
1. Wash the liver, wait until excess water drains, and cut into slices 0.8-1 cm thick each. 2. Mix the flour, salt and pepper. Roll the liver in this mixture of spices so that each piece is evenly covered. 3. In a skillet with a thick bottom, heat both kinds of oil. Quickly fry the liver slices in one layer until you get a golden hue. Directly on a frying pan, slice the pieces on each side with mustard and fry for a few more minutes until cooked. 4. Serve this liver best with fried potatoes, tomatoes and mint sauces.
