- Egg of chicken - 2 pieces
- Beer light - 250 milliliters
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 5 Grams
- Milk - 200 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 160 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 30 milliliters
With a normal fork, lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add to this mixture our milk. We sift milk into the egg and milk mixture and mix very well - there should not be a single lump in the test! Finally, add our light beer and vegetable oil to the dough. Mix to homogeneity, you can use a mixer or blender. Fry pancakes in a classic way - with a minimum amount of oil, to ruddy, on both sides. Actually, it's ready :)
