We distribute a layer of grated cheese over the fish. We fold the fillet roll (as you can see in the photo, I did not cut the skin of the fish, and in vain - it was necessary to cut it off), fix it with toothpicks and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, so that the roulette is sealed. And you can even in the freezer. Then we take the roll, give it a light thaw, cut into small portions and fry them in vegetable oil - literally 2-3 minutes on each side.
