Homemade cottage cheese cookies The first place in its popularity among all confectionery products is rightly taken by biscuits, that is, products made from sweet dough. In Ukraine, such products are known from very distant times, as this was promoted by the cultivation of wheat and the widespread development of beekeeping, first in Kievan Rus, and then in Ukraine. Thus, in 1240, the annals record, in Kiev Lavra baked bread with honey and only later, when they started growing sugar beet, honey was replaced with sugar. And in our time, all the housewives know that the cookies have great taste and such valuable qualities as the speed and ease of cooking with the relative cheapness of the raw materials. With a huge number of confectionery products in stores, the housewives always want to please their loved ones with cookies prepared with their own hands that have a unique "home" taste.
Ingredients:- Curd 250g
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp.
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Sugar 200g
- Margarine 150g
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Step 1 The main ingredients: cottage cheese, flour, sugar, eggs, margarine, soda and vanillin.
- Step 2 Cottage cheese is well pounded.
- Step 3 Add sugar and mix well.
- Step 4 Eggs beat up.
- Step 5 Add the beaten eggs into the cottage cheese and mix.
- Step 6 Margarine rub on a large grater.
- Step 7 Then add it to the cottage cheese and mix everything.
- Step 8 Next, add vanillin and soda (do not extinguish with vinegar).

- Step 10 Mix the most homogeneous, elastic dough.
- Step 11 We mix the batter into a "sausage".
- Step 12 Then cut the workpiece into 4-5 parts.
- Step 13 Next, each piece must be rolled into balls.
- Step 14 Each ball is rolled into a cake 3 mm thick.
- Step 15 Then from the cake with the help of a glass (or other improvised objects) we squeeze circles.
- Step 16 One side of each circle is dipped in sugar.
- Step 17 Fold the circle in half, sugar inside.
- Step 18 Now, once again, dip the halves with one side into sugar and add them in half to make triangles.
- Step 19 Cooking glaze: whisk 1 egg and 2 cups sugar.
- Step 20 Lay the triangles with one side first in the glaze, then (the same side) into the sugar and lay out on a baking sheet, previously oiled with sunflower oil. Next, put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
- Step 21 Ready cookies can be served for tea, coffee or milk.
