Tips for newcomers to fitness clubs

Practice shows that not everyone is starting to practice correctly. Work on the body, especially those that used to eat a lot before, were great art, requiring strength and concentration of attention. If you are persistent and consistent, then in time you will master this art. Well, for now, get acquainted with the main points that any beginner who is beginning to study at a fitness club should know. Knowing these nuances will help you navigate on the spot and not just get down to business, but also continue it as long as possible.
Learn to work with equipment
Most modern simulators are equipped with an uncomplicated picture that demonstrates what muscles they are designed to train. Unfortunately, for some visitors this information is enough to start immediately. As a rule, each of us knows his own problems. And seeing the image of the right muscle, many ladies with a high level of enthusiasm at first are taken to tear the cherished car.

Nothing good such training can not end. Hardly you are lucky, and you immediately guess with weight, angles, number of turns, rest time and other nuances. But the probability of injury when using unfamiliar equipment increases many times. And this is not necessarily an instant trauma, when you drop your pancake from the bar and forget about the hall for a month, or even a year. For example, you can vigorously walk for weeks on the treadmill, noting all the improvements in the figure, but at the same time gradually ruin the lower back and knees, and the ankle. Or swing the backside at least on all the simulators, and at the output get huge thighs and loose knee ligaments. And what to do with small equipment (dumbbells, bodybuilders, medboly, fitbly), which is placed around the perimeter of the club and so beckons you to work with it? There is not even a picture on it.

The only way out is to consult a specialist. The more you know about the environment in which you work, the more effective the training will be. In all fitness clubs, a friendly instructor is attached to the equipment: to him at first they will have to turn more often than to their beloved friend. He will acquaint you with safety techniques, will show how to assemble-dismantle the simulator without risk to health, and can even pat on the head if you behave yourself.

Put real problems
Very good when people pursue high goals. However, an unhealthy ambition to the good will not succeed. If your task is to get a strong, flexible and healthy body, you may well expect a good sports future. Watch out for the ladies who want not possible. Or what will entail a heap of problems. For example, to stand on pointe shoes at not the tenderest age, of course, you can. But in the load you will get mutilated stops, which will be nauseating for any reason. The relief Brazilian priest and other attributes of the bodybuilders are earned later, with blood and a considerable dose of chemical preparations. And then, if you are genetically predisposed to this, it's not for nothing that they say that in modern bodybuilding the main thing is to choose the right parents. Trying to sit on the string, remember that about 10% of citizens can not do this in principle - due to the peculiarities of the structure of the hip joint. In a word, you understand that professional sports should be started from early childhood. In addition, the pros, unlike you, do not chase after health. The main thing is the result.

The same applies to more mundane goals. For example, to remove fat from the unloved zones is real, but at the same time those places that are dear to you, are rendered unrecognizable.

Of course, no one calls you to give up your dream. Just think, is it feasible in the form in which you thought of it yourself. If not, soften the categorical points and do it with pleasure. And consult with the coach, he will help to understand what to achieve realistically, and what - not.

Behave yourself
Imagine this situation. You perform the exercise, concentrating on technique and breathing, and suddenly laughter and whispering are heard nearby. And then again and again. Enrages this is incredible, which means, distracting - the effectiveness of your training falls. In fact, all sorts of chit-chat, chatter in class, lazy felting on the rug (while others in the group are passionately attached to fitness or dancing) is the typical behavior of a beginner who does not succeed in something. If such citizens are going to two or more, then the circus performance can not be avoided. They begin to groan, throw to each other exhausted puzzled looks, fall backwards, loudly laugh, wink - in general, in every possible way to demonstrate to others as it is difficult for beginners. They are really hard - both physically and psychologically. But, believe me, the coach, and people who have long been involved in this know firsthand. So if you are such a beginner, there is no need to fall into an unbridled artistry. No one will point a finger if you do not succeed. And do not flatter yourself, thinking that such a thick, wooden, curves (or whatever you see yourself) the coach has never met. Just do your thing, not paying attention to others. In the end, you came for a specific purpose - it is worthy of respect, even if at the first lessons it looks ridiculous. All once started.

Choose the load wisely
The neophyte finds it difficult to keep track of his own body, to force exactly the muscles that the particular exercise targets, minimally involving the rest. Gradually, of course, you will figure out what's what, but alas, usually everyone comes to the first classes, overwhelmed by the desire to immediately load the body to the maximum. I want to lose weight in a week for five kilograms, to find the desired relief, learn how to dance as a coach and so on.

This is a big mistake. You need to start gradually. Otherwise, avoid overtraining or injury. Use enthusiasm correctly - that is, choose the load on your own. What's the point, if you immediately jump on an intensive occupation, designed for a high level of training? Most of the movements can not be fulfilled: there is not enough strength, endurance or coordination. And, by the way, many such negative experience at the very start discourages hunting beautiful classes, which in the future could benefit.

After training, you should feel a healthy fatigue, and not crawl on all fours. By the way, if you have never before moved a muscle or came to the class after a long break, congratulations: your body is a fertile material. It will be enough to work a little and start to lose weight and strengthen in every possible way. A fitness professional needs much more time and effort for this than a beginner.
