Dessert with drawing Curd dessert "Duet" is a vivid example of how cooking can become the basis for creativity. In this recipe, we combine cooking and ... drawing. The dessert turns out to be festive, it can be safely prepared for the arrival of guests. And if you show enough imagination, then each guest will get his own "picture" and it will be possible to compete, who is more interesting. In addition, this dessert is useful, because the main ingredient - cottage cheese - a natural source of calcium.
Ingredients:- Curd 400g
- Condensed milk 200g
- Sour Cream 400g
- Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar vanilla 10 g
- Gelatine 25 g
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 400 ml
- Step 1 To prepare this dessert, we need: cottage cheese, preferably home-made, but not too dry, sour cream (you can take the lowest fat if you are on a diet), condensed milk, sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar and a bag of gelatin, a little cocoa in powder.
- Step 2 Gelatin is poured very warm boiling water and leave the minutes for 15 to make it swell and completely dissolved. If gelatin does not dissolve, it can be slightly heated on minimal heat, stirring constantly, but in no case boil.
- Step 3 While gelatin swells, do not waste time. In a saucepan with high sides mix cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, normal and vanilla sugar.
- Step 4 Ingredients in a saucepan are beaten with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Step 5 In the resulting mass, pour in dissolved gelatin and once again whisk with a blender. As a result, a mixture of the consistency of liquid sour cream should be obtained.
- Step 6 Half the mixture is cast into a separate bowl and leave, it is ready. To the rest we add cocoa powder.
- Step 7 Whisk the mixture with cocoa with the blender.
- Step 8 Now we are preparing our "canvas for drawing". In a round small container, pour first 2 tablespoons of white mixture, then exactly in the middle pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture with cocoa.
- Step 9 Continue to pour 2 tablespoons of white and brown mixture one by one until the dish is filled. We try to pour strictly on the center, in order to obtain colored rings.
- Step 10 The most interesting begins - we fantasize and draw! The classic version of the picture is done like this: using a toothpick, draw lines from the center to the edges of the dessert, as shown in the photo with arrows. This produces a pattern with rays.
- Step 11 Between the drawn rays draw the lines in the opposite direction, that is, from the edge of the dessert to the center.
- Step 12 In the center of the dessert, put the contrast point and send to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
