Soft butter at room temperature mixed with cottage cheese. Add the nutmeg. Mix until homogeneous and add flour. We knead the dough. Divide the dough into 6-8 pieces (depending on what size of the bagels you would like to get). Each part is rolled into a circle and divided into 8 equal parts. In the center of each part, put a spoonful of filling. Each sector should be twisted into a tube from the larger side to the smaller corner. Then add the bagels to a greased baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven for 220 degrees for 15 minutes. After the bagels are baked for about 5 minutes, get a baking tray, sprinkle cinnamon rolls and send back to the oven. After the bagels are fully prepared, we pull them out and let them stand for about 5 minutes. Then you can put them in a beautiful dish. Done!
