Muffins filled with fruit I would say that these baskets are a mini-copy of a jellied pie. Very delicate filling, delicious curd pastry and your favorite berries / fruits ... They are so easy to prepare and convenient to transport, that they can easily be taken with you to a picnic or a visit. A very worthy replacement for muffins, I think those who try will not remain indifferent. Scampish notes. I will begin as always with the temperature - 180 is enough, more the oven should not be warmed up. The time ranges from 35 to 45 minutes, remember that it all depends on the oven, in any case, in 30 minutes after the start of cooking, start gently to look in the oven. All the rest is simple and understandable. As always, I wish you a pleasant appetite! And of course, if there are questions, I will be happy to answer them.
