The cup capacity of the bra becomes more proportional to the size of the belt. Namely, in a bra cup capacity is 80D more than in a bra 75D, even despite the same letter D for the value of the cup size. Girth measurements under the breast
It is necessary to slightly raise both breasts with your hands and ask for help to gird a centimeter just under the chest, and centimeter is recommended to be placed parallel to the floor, without distortion. The girth under the chest should be measured very tightly, because you need to achieve the lowest value. It should be remembered that while reducing the size of the belt, you need to take a bigger cup size, because 75D = 70E (this was mentioned earlier). If you first selected the value of 70E and found out that the bra is squeezing in the belt, then it is worth trying on 75D (but only when 70E cups fit the breast). You can designate the girth under the chest as an "X".
Measurement of chest circumference
It is necessary to wear a bra, as comfortable as possible and which holds the breast well enough. Ask the assistant to attach a centimeter around the chest, the maximum circumference and not very tight, and the centimeter is advised to keep parallel to the floor, without distortion. For example, the result is 92 cm. Then you need to subtract 10 cm from the data and label it as "Y". It turns out 102 .5-10 = 92 .5sm = Y
Calculations
To determine the size of a bra, it is recommended to subtract "X" from "Y" and a value that can be divided by 2. 5, namely (YX) / 2 .5

It turns out that the fitting of a bra needs to start with 75G (according to the scale of Europe, since it is also used in the CIS countries).
The method of determining the size of the bra, which was described above, provides only a starting point. You absolutely do not need to rely on it for 100%, because this formula does not keep in mind the bra model, the shape of the particular breast, its completeness and other parameters. Even if this formula could help to pinpoint the exact size of a particular model of a particular manufacturer's bra, one can be disappointed if it came to the realization that the formula turned out to be useless in determining the size of bras of other models even of the same brand. Therefore, it is recommended to listen to the advice of consultants in stores, especially when it comes to determining the size of a bra.
