- pineapple - 1 piece
- water - 1 liter
- sugar - 150 Grams
- lemon - 1 piece (only juice)
1. Remove peel and pineapple core, place in a saucepan (you can still add a little lemon zest), pour a liter of water to cover completely. Boil on low heat for 1/2 hour. 2. Strain with gauze, squeeze well. 3. Add sugar. 4. Heat over low heat so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and add the lemon juice.
