Squeeze the cottage cheese through the cheesecloth (a couple of layers). Then grind through a sieve or scroll through a meat grinder. Sugar with yellows grind, pour in milk. Pour the mixture into a metal bowl and in a water bath without boiling, stirring, bring the mass to a thick state. Then, remove from the plate and add the butter to mix until smooth. Now fall asleep vanilla sugar, nuts and chopped candied fruits (or marmalade). Gently stirring add cottage cheese for several visits. Transfer the mixture into gauze (2 layers). We tighten the edges and bind, a bag is formed. Suspend the bag for the night, then shift the mixture into a pasochnitsu (or another form) and press down the load. Transfer to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. We remove the gauze and serve it to the table.
