We take the cottage cheese mass. If you use grain cottage cheese, then we rub it through a sieve. We add in the cottage cheese 0,5 cups of various additives: candied fruits, dried fruits and ground nuts. Squeeze out the lemon juice. In an iron mug or a saucepan we break eggs, fall asleep sugar, vanillin. All well beat with a fork. Then add the cream and put on a water bath or on a very small fire. Keep on fire until the mass thickens. Ready mixture is not cooled and immediately poured into cottage cheese and mix. If the resulting cottage cheese mass for Easter lacks fat, add 100 g of soft butter. A colander or a form for Easter is covered with fabric or gauze. We spread on cheesecloth curd mass, close it from above and press it down. We send our Easter in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Ready Easter can be decorated with nuts, fruits or chocolate chips.
