So, we are preparing a fast Easter

  1. Milk warm to 38-40 degrees, dissolve the yeast in it, add a tablespoon of sugar, 0.5 kg of flour, stir until homogeneous, leave in warm.

  2. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave it alone for 30 minutes. During this time, the mass will grow at least twice. Remove the oil from the refrigerator and place it in the heat so that it becomes completely soft.
  3. Separate the yolks, whisk into a foam with sugar and salt. We connect it with an opaque. Add the softened butter, beat the mixture with a mixer.
  4. Separately, whisk the proteins and inject them into the total mass. Stirring. Pour raisins, nutmeg or stir again.

  5. With the rest of the flour, knead the dough. Do not overdo it! The dough should not be steep, but it should not stick to the hands. Leave the dough for 1 hour - go up.
  6. Shoot down the dough, fill it with the third part of the form, let it rise in the form of 10 minutes (you can cover the forms with a towel). Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 35-40 minutes.
  7. Beat frost of powder and protein. Lubricate the still hot Easter. We decorate with figures and a sprinkling.
