Sweet rings Maybe mayonnaise and not the most healthy and healthy product, especially industrial production, but the dough with it turns out to be especially gentle and airy. So, recently, I add it to almost any pastry. In this recipe, the dough is kneaded in mayonnaise, without eggs. Vodka can be replaced with any 40 degree drink, and, if desired, add cinnamon. The ready dough is better to roll out, since the rings grow during frying.
