2. The fear of loneliness
It's no secret that there is such a stereotype: a successful woman is often lonely and unhappy in her personal life. There is an opinion that men are afraid of strong, successful and intelligent women. Many talented women who really could achieve something in their careers are deterred by this myth. Of course, personal life is very important. It is difficult to choose between a family or a career, but it is worth considering whether such a choice is necessary?

Those who make a career, are able to combine and work, and family without harm to themselves and loved ones. Women leaders advise simply to remain themselves, not to lose charm and femininity, even if you occupy a very high position.

3. The fear of conflict
Women's mistakes at work can be different, but it is most often found that women at work, like in the family, try to save the world at any cost. A woman wants to be good for everyone, to get away from the conflict and thereby harm her career.

The desire for success in any sphere of life presupposes the existence of competition. And to be in good sincere relations with those who would happily take your place, it is almost impossible. If a woman wants to keep good relations in a team at any cost, she will have to sacrifice a career. This becomes a stumbling block to success. 4. The desire to be indispensable

5. Passivity
Despite the fact that women in our country have equal rights with men for a long time, the echoes of the patriarchate still exist. Women's mistakes at work, especially in the men's team, are often associated with the passivity of women. If a woman has the ability or even talent, but not enough ambition, she subconsciously passes the reins of government to a man. Such a woman will not take risks for the sake of a new project, take responsibility, take the initiative. She will quietly perform her duties and will give others the opportunity to prove herself.

In order not to be regarded as indecisive and unable to withstand in difficult situations, one must clearly represent one's goals and desires. If you want to become independent and successful, you will have to learn to achieve your goals. And being passive is difficult to grasp that piece of pie that you need.

6. Weakness
A strong woman is no longer something that comes out of the conventional framework. But, nevertheless, a woman always remains a woman, no matter what the conditions. At a certain point a woman manifests her essence, which is often not liked by the employer. Women are rarely able to control not only their emotions, but also instincts. They subconsciously look for partners, if alone in their personal lives, so they are often the initiators of close relationships with colleagues. In addition, women above all set a desire to have a family and children. Some employees manage to visit the decree twice for 5 or even less years, which is not always satisfactory to the employer.

If you want to achieve some serious success in the work, you will have to take into account the interests of the employer. Learn to plan your personal life so that it does not interfere with the work and while it was not unsuccessful, you can. You just need to decide on the priorities - whether you want promotions or something else.

You might think. that women's mistakes at work are more serious than men's, but this is not so. Men, as a rule, bear a great responsibility and are mistaken, perhaps less often, but in a big way. However, employers believe that serious breakthroughs in the career growth of women are often impossible, precisely because most of them stumble in the same places.
